Restaurant: Palace Wedding Banquet

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與好友相聚, 一行十四位大小朋友到尖沙咀煌府午餐, 貪其位置便利, 最主要是在假日可預訂位子。 環境不錯, 室內裝潢也好, 坐在窗邊一大圓桌, 可望到街外景色。雖說可飽覽窗外景緻, 唯中午時段坐在窗邊, 難免有點曬和熱。食物是廣東食品為主。 點心和粉麵賣相一般, 味道亦一般。 因為我們十數人, 故有些食品會點二至三份。味道較好的有「木魚花燒汁茄子」(下圖右上角)。 而較特色的有「芝麻芋香綠茶餅」(下圖左下) 。「竹笙羅漢煎脆麵」(下圖上)做得不錯, 麵脆而羅漢齋不會太油膩。 結帳$1,500, 其實也花算。註 : 大廈內有多間食肆共同使用電梯, 等候電梯離去時, 要有耐性。
