To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋兩個人,每人叫咗1個set lunch,當日都好多人,好彩咁啱有位唔駛等!係喱度都食過幾次set lunch,都唔錯!今次叫咗菠蘿甜酸排骨 & 海南雞套餐。套餐包湯、前菜、一個餸、白飯 / 油飯 & 餐飲,大約$40幾 - $50幾一個餐,價錢o.k.!前菜 - 酸辣鳳爪都唔錯,無骨嘅!菠蘿甜酸排骨 ($52)啲排骨炸得好鬆化,啲獻汁好開胃!海南雞 ($55)我好鍾意食喱度嘅海南雞,啲雞夠肉哋,又唔太韌,好有雞味,正!餐飲:青檸梳打喱度地方算大,坐得舒適,侍應做嘢爽手,抵讚!
