To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店舖雖小，但裝修優雅舒適。一間台式餐廳，主打是牛肉麵，我們4人點滷肉飯，川味紅燒半筋半肉麵，阿宏葱油拌麵，紅燒牛肉湯飯，牛三寶拼盤，滷水溏心蛋，涼拌小黃瓜，薑母茶，冬瓜茶。我個人就喜歡食嚕肉飯，所以必點試一試， 味道還可以的。另一至愛是葱油拌麵，粗麵彈牙，整體味道很好，如果再香點就更絕了。湯飯略為鹹了少許，牛肉麵都不過不失，牛肉煮得剛好，有咬口而且都很"諗", 老人家都食到。整體每樣食物都好味，員工服務態度亦很好。值得推介!!
