數年前曾在冠荃傍邊大廈工作,這裡是飯堂。最近再次被調派這裡短暫工作。。。很記掛這裡的冬陰公湯底,可配普通粉麵,也可配燒味。叉燒滑嫩,但偏甜。瀨粉其實是檬粉的幼。。。湯底少辣,加上奶味濃和酸香,滿足。不轉湯底,湯不另上,41。現在是48元正。
