To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬鞍山茶餐廳當中比較常幫襯嘅係呢間！今次好快咁係度食個晏晝飯，叫個午餐XO醬乾炒牛河加杯飲品$51（如果熱飲$48），仲有例湯，價錢都算平！以為午餐都係整定晒嘅，點知叫完個餐都等咗成10分鐘，嗰碟XO醬乾炒牛河拎出嚟嘅時候好明顯係啱啱炒起，香噴噴，熱辣辣😂味道都算正常不過不失，分量十足，好多牛肉🥩，唔會勁多芽菜洋蔥🧅，奶茶就見人見智，茶底都夠味，不過有少少「夾」，唔夠滑，我個人比較喜歡多奶，所以都可以接受！
