To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聚來車仔麵（深水埗)今天中午，天氣炎熱。我們搭地鐵到深水埗站，去基隆街聚來車仔麵（深水埗) ，午餐。我們叫了套餐A：豬紅、豬肚、米線加腩汁，和一杯凍檸茶；又叫了套餐C：包括豬手、蘿蔔、菜心、米粉加腩汁和一罐可樂。老婆見到招牌鮮炸肉丸，外觀美麗，又叫了一份。套餐A的豬紅爽滑、豬肚炆得好淋，容易咬碎入口，米線也爽滑，加腩汁，好味。套餐C豬手炆得好淋、蘿蔔又甜又爽脆、米粉加腩汁，配合得天衣無縫。招牌鮮炸肉丸，品味独特，口感鲜美；外脆内嫩，香气四溢，让您回味无穷。加埋兩杯凍飲，在這大熱天時，可以幫助消暑解渴，是夏天一大樂事。
