今日下午去咗搵新師傅食Omakase😊新師傅真係好難約,要提早三個月之前book先得,名副其實嘅Head Chef 💪🏼我同朋友都好滿意呢餐,$780每一位,就食到中午嘅廚師發板,由12點食到2:30, very attractive! 呢餐廚師發板,食得好飽,食咗超過10款菜,而且每一道菜都好有花臣,眼球同嘴都食足兩個半鐘!最印象深刻係呢個海膽手卷,佢會預拌左一盤壽司飯,師傅會攞住拖羅既皮脂,用火槍從高處燒,油脂滴落飯度,好香筋子壽司,好好味!印象深刻係因為佢嘅緊致真係好Lim口,油脂分布好多,而且食落去比三文魚子更有鮮味!紫菜包住新鮮用火槍即燒嘅拖羅,超級好味!師傅話,所有裝飾都係來自日本,例如有日本粟米芯嘅牙籤,日本楓葉,日本芒草,真係彷彿去咗個日本旅行咁❤️
