法式焦糖燉蛋不得不提Paul Lafayet,選用法國進口的蔗糖、馬達加斯加的雲呢拿忌廉每天純手工製作,原價要$50一杯,但因為《法式焦糖燉蛋節》可用禮券以半價換取🤣當晚去到都見仲有不少焦糖燉蛋同其他法式甜點,有馬卡龍、蛋糕等,相當吸引🥰雪櫃陳列既焦糖燉蛋係冇焦糖面,因為每件都係即賣即燒,店員會加上大量糖,再用火槍燒至焦糖脆面,不過餐廳得外賣冇堂食,所以盡快在半小時內搵地方享用🙈法式焦糖燉蛋香氣好濃郁,味道甜而不膩,口感滑嫩,雲呢拿香味都幾突出,食完仲可以保留陶瓷容器,留返自己整都可以☺️
