Got a Paul Lafayet creme brulee. Left it over to eat on the next day. The caramel on top had already melted into some liquid. Yet the pudding itself was still super smooth and delicious, of an appropriate level of sweetness and rich in egg flavour. But the portion was so little as the pudding was so thin.It was packed into a nice box with a wooden fork.

店舖好易搵,一行入citysuper就喺Royce隔離。今日下午3點幾去到,見到甜品櫃已經剩返一個法式焦糖燉蛋($50),好彩 當我俾完錢,店員就會即刻放糖喺面,用火槍燒個焦糖面,同埋建議要30分鐘內食用味道方面,焦糖面厚薄適中,唔會過硬,而且燉蛋好滑,底部又見到雲呢拿籽,真係好正唯一美中不足就係份量太少啦,用1分鐘就食完另外,值得讚嘅係外賣係俾木匙羹,比較環保,而且店員亦有附上一張咭介紹佢哋嘅網店

好早已經聽過Paul Lafayet的甜品名不虛傳,但一直都沒有機會去試。🥺一都知它的Creme Brûlée是很馳名的,終於有一天收工之後就衝去試試。找了一陣子,終於找到了位於city's super的Paul Lafayet。🙂皇天不負有心人,幸好還有最後一個法式焦糖燉蛋。店員將焦糖燉蛋灑上糖,之後用火槍燒了十秒左右,然後將它放至一個很美美的盒子裡去。😎吃過晚飯後,我們就來到了吃甜品時間,打開Creme Brûlée,已經覺得很想將它一口一口地品嚐了!🤤將焦糖燉蛋放入口,真的很細滑,有入口即溶的感覺。加上焦糖的甜品,令它變得昇華,兩個人分,份量真的不夠呢!🥴最後剩下的陶瓷器皿,看上去也蠻高貴,我們也洗乾淨自己重用了。🤗
