To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係OKIBook訂枱。食中午自助餐。一至五用OKIBook訂枱可以有50%折扣。但要在1:30pm入座。自助餐供應只維持在2:30pm。入到餐廳。環境乾淨。服務員講明我可以坐到4:00pm。我個人先去食物選區巡視。沒有牛排及羊排。但其他食物充裕。因每次出去取食物，要載口罩。我個人選擇一次過取全部食物。因只有我一個人，所以可以將全選的食物放在整張食桌。我拿下凍肉、青口、日式飯團、湯麵、紅燒雞、南瓜湯、中湯、糯米雞、甜酸角。甜品我選取楊枝甘露、豆花、小蛋糕。有無限供應的哈根打斯雪糕。飲品我會自取鳯梨汁、橙汁、熱朱古力及咖啡。凍肉、青口及海鮮好易入口。屬上等食材。湯麵好彈牙。配料好食。足料。紅燒雞肉好嫩。南瓜湯真係好似鑵頭味。至於個中湯似老火湯。糯米雞、甜酸角都好味。楊枝甘露、豆花做到好高水準。特別是楊枝甘露，雖然細碗，但做到好似許留山質素。小蛋糕好精緻。好食。朱古力及咖啡一般好飲。埋單$196.8。
