香港人四季都鍾意打邊爐,熱有熱食凍又有凍食,依排溫差都幾大,喉嚨成日唔舒服,有人話飲鴨湯比較滋補,對咳都有幫助,咁就專登嚟飲依個用老鴨做湯底嘅火鍋估唔到天氣熱都真係有咁多人鍾意打邊爐,依間店似乎除咗老鴨湯之外海鮮都係主打,魚缸有象拔蚌鮑魚等活海鮮人小小先點左半隻老鴨湯底湯底一上,見到冇花假有完整半隻鴨起個湯度湯底有啲鹹,應該有啲味精,飲完夜晚有啲頸渴,但係唔算好嚴重,隻鴨應該煮左好耐,用筷子一夾就骨肉分離,飲咗兩碗湯食咗啲拿之後就開始點火窩料見到佢有田雞,點完上枱先發現佢係新鮮田雞,雖然俾人斬開咗幾件但係隻腳仲喺度跳緊煮落又真係線條個肥牛唔貴,質素都OK,脆肉鯇魚骨腩,真係非常之脆,四寶餃子,皮薄
