To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近知道摩囉廟街開了間咖喱小店,適逢近日天氣涼涼,終於抽時間試試新店.店舖裝修新穎,環境舒適整潔,輕輕播放着音樂,因為過了正午時間進餐,所以無需等位,可即時入內點餐Menu選擇唔太多,因為想吃咖喱,所以選了香煎咖喱雞扒飯($78),另外想試試它的薄餅,所以散叫了－客薄餅($12).午餐很快上枱,雞扒煎得金香肉嫩,估不到個白飯也很香軟可口,薄餅熱熱很軟熟,還有充滿著薯仔蓉的咖哩汁,小小辣很野味整體很滿意另外店員也很細心有禮,咖啡上枱後不久,主動詢問客人甜度是否合適啱飲. 想在中環找個寧靜舒適嘅地方用膳,也是－個不錯的選擇.下次再來幫襯
