To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚飯同屋企人去中環食飯，喺半山區搵到間餐廳，見價錢唔太貴就入去試下叫左個蝦多士，炸子雞，一條蒸魚同炒左個菜心岀面唔係度度有蝦多士，見到即刻點黎試！炸得岩岩好，唔多油！炸到金金黃黃！好味！！！！呢啲啲炸嘢唔錯，岀面好多餐廳炸嘢食炸到好黑好油，呢度個炸子雞炸得岩岩好，啲肉唔會老晒，而且賣相都唔錯！
