To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳外表似啲舊式扒房，入面就其實好平民！老闆認得我地問我地’今日早佐喎？’好有親切感！今日lunch 黎，佢俾set lunch menu, 但係唔係好啱食，所以問佢叫main menu 得唔得，初初有個職員話廚房未必整到，又或者要等得比較長時間，決定佐食黑椒豬頸肉炒意粉同蒜香炒峴意粉，問職員叫唔叫得，’得得得’, 所以就一於等食！上枱時，我嗰個黑椒豬頸肉炒意粉好香係有少少油，不過無令我肚痾，所以即係👌🏻好有鑊氣！豬頸肉正常味甘！不過真係好大碟，食完飽到夜晚都食唔落😯另一個係蒜香炒峴意粉，賣相好乾🤣食落...hmm... 我覺得可以再濃味啲，可能係我食得比較重口味🤣🤣🤣
