對我嚟講,Spanish係平日最好嘅cuisine。冇French嘅拘謹,風味Rustic,但味道好大眾化,唔使考究太多服務嘅細節。今晚就去到中環食一間Spanish。“El Cerdo”之前仲記得佢係荃灣區嘅名店,一直bookmark咗。但後來荃灣冇咗,而灣仔分店亦都搬咗去中環,於是今晚就沿着中環半山電梯上到伊利近街試吓。炸黑毛豬火腿球 $78好多時tapas都會有嘅菜式,有香濃嘅豬肉味。亦有火腿同芝士調過鹹味出嚟,呢類菜式襯咩酒都OK。炒雜菌配烤杏仁粒 $88好少菜式會用到烤杏仁粒。喺呢個菜式,佢嘅作用係攞嚟平衡炒雜菌嘅柔軟口感。雜菌嘅調味相當足夠,有啲香料我都唔知係乜😅。脆皮豬腩肉配蜂蜜蛋黃醬 $88唔好睇佢得兩啖豬腩肉,佢同蜂蜜蛋黃醬嘅配合先係重點。豬腩肉雖然肥但好香脆,而蜂蜜蛋黃醬,主要係提供甜味。可以想像係一舊好Heavy但有多重味道同質感嘅前菜。鐵板燒蒜蓉辣椒炒大蝦 $118同行人士嘅最愛。表面上用上大量橄欖油,但當香蒜同辣椒炒埋一齊,其實啲油份唔係好覺。佢嘅特別之處係上菜嘅時候仍然係非常滾熱,有吱吱聲。大蝦油香好重,個人認為蒜味可以再多啲。招牌西班牙海鮮炒飯 $188以

招牌西班牙海鮮炒飯 $188
以一個seafood paella嚟講,佢嘅價錢係好平,而佢嘅分量亦算合理。比較重要嘅係佢喺當中落咗嘅腸同海鮮嘅份量都好多。飯嘅油感幾重,所以食落其實都幾Heavy,不過味道同樣地吸引。

紅/白Sangria $48
分別用上紅酒同白酒做嘅Sangria,味道截然不同。紅酒會多幾分莓味,而白酒就會以清爽同熱情果和味為主。佢用紅酒杯裝係裝滿晒,所以係夠飲嘅。

其實我個人好鍾意西班牙菜。風味粗獷,但又有啲住家感覺,又可以襯紅白酒。今次嚟到El Cerdo,佢嘅表現亦算良好,價錢合理,就算專程嚟到都唔會覺得嘥咗。
