意想不到的老公會安排在半島酒店為我慶祝生日晚餐就在大堂茶座享用。還有一個月左右就到聖誕節,大堂滿佈聖誕裝飾,還有大大棵聖誕樹,用餐環境充滿氣氛!酒店提供生日晚餐餐牌 (Birthday Rewards Set Menu),每位$488,另收加一。前菜有四款可選,我們點了香草忌廉龍蝦湯 (另加$98)及大蝦咯嗲 (Prawn Cocktail)。麵包籃與龍蝦湯一起送上,有3款麵包,麵包微暖又幾香,質感軟熟,尤其黑糖麥包最為鬆軟~~牛油也很香,惜不是常溫狀態,有點難塗。香草忌廉龍蝦湯 ,龍蝦湯質感細滑綿密,龍蝦味香濃,加了忌廉,帶點香滑,味道沒那麼單調。湯內有少量龍蝦肉,龍蝦肉仍帶點甜味。大蝦咯嗲 (Prawn Cocktail),是經典英式海鮮前菜,而咯嗲汁其實就是平日生蠔所蘸的cocktail sauce。這份大蝦咯嗲,材料當然有蝦,另外就有青瓜﹑車厘茄及櫻桃蘿蔔,加入茴香作點綴。蝦仁味道鮮甜,而蔬菜夠新鮮爽脆,所用的cocktail sauce則以千島醬作基調,酸酸的幾開胃,味道沒那麼強烈,感覺較清新。主菜有六款可選,其中三款要另外加錢。炭燒澳洲牛柳 (另加$128),牛柳厚身,但份

凍檸茶是正常水平,茶味不會太淡就是了。
如此精緻與美味的晚餐,加上濃厚聖誕氣氛,難忘愉快的一夜啊!!
