日本過江龍為我們提供日式元祖燒牛丼,又經濟又好味。他們說無論店舖裝修、食品來源以至烹調手法都跟似日本。就以燒牛肉演變的款式都有好多種,「🧀️芝士燒牛肉丼」真係有驚喜,面層有mozzarella 芝士碎同巴馬芝士粉以火槍燒至半溶,夾起芝士如瀑布,份量好多,下層是用鐵板即烤的牛肉,少少焦香加上甜甜的洋蔥和醬汁,好一個芝士牛肉丼。吃牛肉丼我喜歡配個泡菜,小小的一碟但已足夠,泡菜除了增強味覺外泡菜還含有益生菌,有益健康。餃子也是必吃,皮薄香脆要趁熱吃才最好味。
