To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六，日半自助午餐，品質下降，種類極少，原有壽司小卷，沙律變成生菜，番茄仔，栗米粒，紅椒｡黎麥火箭菜波菜仔全都消失了｡即磨咖啡變咗有燶又苦澀低級咖啡豆｡可以放棄的餐廳。酒店地点吊腳，地鐵西鐵穿梭巴士原本30分鐘一班改為12:15得－班車，午餐時間12:00至14:30，餐價主食由95元至268元。14:30後食物停止供應，但有咖啡及茶到15:30.原本是茶敍的好地方。總括嚟講之前未試可能會接受到｡常客睇住佢－路變質｡很難接受！！
