今日公司請食飯,一大班同事去了這裡我已吃了不下4 ,5 次了,不過餐廳會轉餐牌,所以未食厭一嚟就去吃沙律先沙律款式甚多,例如泰式青木瓜蝦沙律,烤薯仔沙律,烤粟米菠蘿沙律,雜菇等......好多熟食,啱晒我呢啲唔食生嘢嘅人烤茄子又香又淋又多汁泰式青木瓜蝦沙律的蝦好爽口吃吃吓沙律侍應會上呢個用小杯盛載的湯當日是南瓜粟米湯我雖然唔係即刻飲,隔左一陣,杯湯仲好熱辣辣飲落有粟米蓉的粒粒,亦有南瓜的色和甜味好飲當日menu都好多嘢揀到,我咁揀飲擇食都冇問題主菜選了龍蝦汁蝴蝶麵配蟹肉,三文魚籽份量偏少,唯有安慰自己可以留到肚吃甜品蝴蝶粉煮得一般,不al dente;menu上標明的蟹肉同三文魚籽份量偏少簡唔鐘咬到粒三文魚籽,喺口入面爆咗,就會釋放鹹香的味道呢碟最驚喜好味係啲車厘茄,去了皮仍可保持形狀,食落清甜爆汁主食份量偏少換來有quota吃甜品左上順時針起有樽仔牛奶布甸,諾曼第蘋果批,cream puff,中間的brownie同左下的芒果慕絲蛋糕芒果慕絲蛋糕小巧精緻,我覺得係咁多款入面最好吃的,左起順時針諾曼第蘋果批:因愛吃蘋果批所以覺得佢好吃,批皮脆有牛油香麵包布甸:面層面包用軟法包去烤,烤得香

麵包布甸:面層面包用軟法包去烤,烤得香脆,吃時微暖;內餡富蛋香
芒果慕絲蛋糕:層層分明,芒果味真實香甜,而且口感因爲多層而變得清爽,夾有慕絲層和啫哩層等,唔會覺得漏
Brownie:一般,冇咩nuts,一啖朱古力咁囉
Cream puff:外皮算脆,cream份量啱啱好
