To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

撐著傘，我在雨中漫步。走著走著，來到了中央圖書館外的小餐廳。這裡有個半露天位置，現在空無一人，都給我獨享了。在這寧靜的一角，一邊享用簡單的晚餐，一邊欣賞雨景，一邊聽著喜歡的歌，太享受了。隨意點了這個「比亞里茨海灣」套餐(HK$59)，是法國傳統百吉包夾著蜜糖脆煙肉和Cheddar Cheese。雖然麵包極硬，味道差強人意，但我根本不在乎，這個晚上已夠愜意了 :）
