To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點了個粉和包,上包的時候就放在旁邊,一句話沒說,粉就上給剛來的顧客,人家都問為什麼這麼快,那個顧客剛剛前台下單走到自己桌子。隔了一會,我去問才想起來少了一個,還說謊說在叮了。後面送了個撻,本來我就算了,後面又想給我送錯。真是毫無質量和態度。2024年7月15號下午六點二十下的單。

讀書累了?來Délifrance小憩一下吧!-Délifrance最近推出了新產品蝶豆花和越式法包系列,超吸引人的,迫不及待地要來嚐嚐新看看!首先是橙香蝶豆花牛奶咖啡。咖啡的顏色很漂亮,是淡淡的藍紫色。喝起來味道也很不錯,咖啡的苦味和牛奶的甜味完美融合,再加上橙子的清香,非常清新。-大推新出的辣醬牛肉越式法包!越式法包是即場焗烤的,所以吃起來非常香脆可口。餡料也很豐富,有牛肉、青瓜、酸紅蘿蔔絲、酸白蘿蔔絲等。牛肉很嫩,而且辣醬的味道也很夠味。-下午茶時份十分推薦烘芝士白汁碎蛋小班尼尼包配迷你蘑菇湯螺絲粉。小班尼尼包烤得香脆, 裡面的芝士和碎蛋都很香口,而且蘑菇湯螺絲粉簡單不錯吃甜點的話,點了的兩款pastry 士多啤梨法式拿破崙蛋糕和藍莓撻也很不錯,拿破崙蛋糕的餅皮很酥脆,吉士醬也很香滑。藍莓撻的藍莓很新鮮,而且朱古力撻的口感也很濃郁。#Délifrance #中央圖書館 #蝶豆花 #越式法包 #小班尼尼 #蘑菇湯螺絲粉 #拿破崙蛋糕 #藍莓撻

每一次去完銅鑼灣嘅中央圖書館借書,都必定嚟地面嘅Delifrance食。呢個位置簡直完美配合。通常我都會叫佢嘅二人餐($198),加埋上一次食完嘢嘅coupon,減完就會係$188。二人餐會有兩個前菜,通常會叫一個沙律同一個是日湯。正餐就一定會叫我最鍾意嘅Carbonara和蕃茄菠菜意粉。佢哋嘅甜品好有驚喜,牛角包配雲呢拿雪糕。唔會太甜,擺落又暖又軟嘅牛角包。好開心嘅一個午餐!通常平日嘅午餐時分都唔會太多人,帶埋啱啱至完嘅書喺度打書釘,既悠閒又開心!
