To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每個月都有一天留俾姪兒同佢哋去銅鑼灣中央圖書館閱讀和借書,我都好enjoy 這個活動。小朋友們話餓就要立即去搵食,而最近就係大堂旁邊的 Delifrance 我由讀書時期已經幫襯,唸起以前邊有咁多餐廳選擇,去到Delifrance 已给我很高級的感覺。相對小朋友而且佢哋去到見到餅櫃內的包餅,都不其然興𡚒起來。我試左新推出越式法包系列咖喱白汁雞肉越式法包$69咁嘅賣相完全乎合預期,越式法包是即點再焗脆,入口香脆可口,餡料超豐富,有青瓜、酸紅蘿蔔絲、酸白蘿蔔絲等,咖喱鷄藏在包中;重點是咖喱汁香而不辣和酸蘿蔔絲起了化學作用,感覺冇咁膩,估唔到又幾好味,不過食晒都幾飽吓。Cappuccino 以咖啡機冲出嚟,喝慣精品咖啡的我感覺當然差幾皮小朋友就食返口味大衆化的酥餅,重點是做緊特價,$68可以任選3 個藍莓鬆餅 入口不黏口,鬆餅中混合了藍莓醬,每口也甜絲絲,大人小朋友也喜歡的味道。吞拿魚蘑菇酥; 咖喱牛肉酥店員再為翻焗,焗到熱辣辣令酥皮的牛油味揮發出來,拎上手也會沾上油份,入口酥皮則香脆無比,如果餡料多些就更好。順手買多兩個扁牛角包比小朋友,一人拎住一個氹得佢哋好開心 continue reading

讀書累了?來Délifrance小憩一下吧!-Délifrance最近推出了新產品蝶豆花和越式法包系列,超吸引人的,迫不及待地要來嚐嚐新看看!首先是橙香蝶豆花牛奶咖啡。咖啡的顏色很漂亮,是淡淡的藍紫色。喝起來味道也很不錯,咖啡的苦味和牛奶的甜味完美融合,再加上橙子的清香,非常清新。-大推新出的辣醬牛肉越式法包!越式法包是即場焗烤的,所以吃起來非常香脆可口。餡料也很豐富,有牛肉、青瓜、酸紅蘿蔔絲、酸白蘿蔔絲等。牛肉很嫩,而且辣醬的味道也很夠味。-下午茶時份十分推薦烘芝士白汁碎蛋小班尼尼包配迷你蘑菇湯螺絲粉。小班尼尼包烤得香脆, 裡面的芝士和碎蛋都很香口,而且蘑菇湯螺絲粉簡單不錯吃甜點的話,點了的兩款pastry 士多啤梨法式拿破崙蛋糕和藍莓撻也很不錯,拿破崙蛋糕的餅皮很酥脆,吉士醬也很香滑。藍莓撻的藍莓很新鮮,而且朱古力撻的口感也很濃郁。#Délifrance #中央圖書館 #蝶豆花 #越式法包 #小班尼尼 #蘑菇湯螺絲粉 #拿破崙蛋糕 #藍莓撻 continue reading
