大公館的晚飯水準實在不錯,那午市點心味道又如何?當然不會令一眾會員失望啦!提提大家,趁大公館未完全轉行會員制之前,要快點來試一試這裡的食物,無論是午市或晚市都水準偏高。做了會員可享用會員價及免收加一服務費。因為這裡的 menu 實在選擇太多,上次來吃晚飯尚有多款美食想試卻未能試,於是今天的午餐也要吃得豐富點。清香柚子凍鮑魚($168/4隻)實在美得令人難以抗拒,滷水鮑魚 好入味,不會炆得過腍,保持嚼頭。鮑魚下放了新鮮柚子,味道同鮑魚非常配合。最開心必然是那乾冰 presentation,今人看得心曠神怡。這京式譚家翅 ($288/碗) 是J爸爸的5星推介,爸爸是很少這樣激讚一道菜式的。這碗翅的精粹在於那濃濃的雞湯,是極鮮的味道,翅的份量也不少。我不吃翅,但也忍不住喝了啖湯,真的十分好喝,是很純的鮮雞汁味道。金杯蟹肉翅 ($238/杯) 相對失色,杯的底部是一層蒸蛋白,杯內盛着紅燒蟹肉翅。將針翅和蛋白撈混吃,食法頗特別,但味道始終不及京式譚家翅。特色秋冬蛇羮亦剛上市,大公館的的刀工是頂級的,吃過這裡魚蓉羮的朋友也領教過師傅的手藝。蛇羮內有切得極幼的蛇肉、木耳絲、雞絲,口感細緻幼滑,亦不錯
