To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鵪𪂹起骨切件後以義大利煙腩肉guanciale包裹後煎熟,澆以去皮提子煑成的白酒雞汁,鵪𪂹有四件,表面煎得金黃焦脆,煙肉的咸香把嫰滑的禽鳥肉質和濃郁的野鳥味道提昇起來,由切開鳥肉粉嫰顏色,便能判斷出來貨質量很好,我要給這個菜式打滿分!!

乍看裝碟很漂亮大方,可是有些面善,在記憶𥚃搜索記起名廚Yotam Ottolenghi有道菜外觀很是相像,尤其露荀的處理擺法..這𥚃把菠菜加進米飯一起烹調,面飾以露荀片和Parma ham crisp,儼如碧綠湖水中泛起紅霞,剎是好看.

最後香濃的咖啡,為一頓美食畫上完美句號.

雖然是次是Restaurant Week優惠晚餐,但店方並没有將價就貨,食物和服務都表現很好,反讓我們有點意外;如此大氣的餐廳,我們已急不及待再來光顧.
