知道將軍澳新開咗呢間和洋料理fusion居酒屋係由前日本駐芝加哥領事館家廚主理,好似好威咁!作為將軍澳居民,一於試吓先!🦐薰衣草牛油蝦意粉呢個意粉都幾令人印象深刻,因為佢真係充滿薰衣草香味,喺其他餐廳好少食到!四隻大蝦都好爽彈,配埋啲青/黃瓜,如果大碟啲就食得更滿足啦🤤🍣辣味吞拿魚他他配壽司米餅米餅煎得香脆,個吞拿魚他他我就覺得如果無咁多醬,會更加食到嗰種一粒粒吞拿魚鮮味嘅感覺。不過廚師都好聰明地加咗個辣醬,令到整個米餅餅嘅味道層次提升,都幾特別⬆️🦀自家製蟹肉忌廉餅一碟有四粒蟹肉忌廉「波」,外層香脆,裏面嘅蟹肉忌廉都幾香滑,配埋個茄醬酸酸甜甜特別開胃☺️🍵Matcha zest $42由綠茶、蜂蜜、青檸汁而成,其實就係蜂蜜綠茶,味道一般,但值唔值呢個價錢就見仁見智啦🤔🥥Coco-Yi-to $48由椰子水、青瓜、青檸汁、薄荷葉炮製,本來以為有椰子水應該都有啲椰香味,但發現成杯都係比青瓜味霸佔咗,都幾清新嘅🥒

🍣辣味吞拿魚他他配壽司米餅
米餅煎得香脆,個吞拿魚他他我就覺得如果無咁多醬,會更加食到嗰種一粒粒吞拿魚鮮味嘅感覺。不過廚師都好聰明地加咗個辣醬,令到整個米餅餅嘅味道層次提升,都幾特別⬆️
