To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

認清呢個"壽"字今日約埋班fd.諗住一齊入南丫島行下,入到去搵間酒樓食飯,就見到壽記海鮮酒家,見到間舖舊舊地,覺應該幾地道下,叫個侍應過來,問佢有咩地道野推介 ,佢就話龍蝦好抵,問佢有幾抵,侍應話來貨多左所以平左,但又冇講幾錢兩,不過我地都信佢,點左龍蝦加伊麵,再叫左條石班仔,另一碟炒蜆,同一碟椒鹽鮮魷,一碟蝦醬通菜,一個咸魚肉餅,結果黎到“縮水龍蝦小伊麵$750” ,“超細石班$400”, “蝦醬通菜冇蝦醬,其他餸菜味道一般,但埋單盛惠$1819 ,當場O晒咀,老實講,野又唔好食,份量又超小,問價時就話市價,真係超級搵人笨,我要伸出正義之手,不想其他人“重蹈覆轍”,大家認清此店
