To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來南丫島, 怎樣也要吃一餐海鮮才像樣, 見這裡人最多最旺場, 便選擇了這裡。海鮮是自己出去魚缸選的, 千挑萬選, 菜單如下:1. 蝦醬炒深海墨魚- 好吃, 但吃不出深海墨魚跟平時吃的墨魚有什麼分別($70)2. 豉辣炒蟶子- 份量不少, 蟶子也很鮮甜,不錯($70)3. 椒鹽瀨尿蝦皇- 9 兩重, 鮮甜, 但沒多少肉吃到, 很不伐算($16/兩)4. 蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇具: 很大隻, 也非常的鮮甜, 裊不錯, 但有點貴($100/4 隻)另外加了兩個靚仔, 飯後還有很不俗的蕃薯糖水送, 滿意的一餐, 但再一次重申, 實在是有點貴。
