To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期六同朋友一行八大兩细入咗南丫島住一晚,本來晚餐想試Deli Lamma,但係驚有大有细食西餐唔太方便,行過壽記見到有套餐,價錢又唔貴,所以試吓。套餐價錢$980,寫住足十位用,菜式如下:菜膽雞一隻(隻雞無嘜雞味)豉椒炒蜆(一般)蒜蓉扇貝(唔錯,蒜蓉唔會多到蓋過扇貝鮮味)清蒸魚一條(唔知嘜嘢魚,但係蒸得唔錯,好新鲜)煎蠔餅(啲蠔仔幾大隻,無沙,洗得幾乾淨)蠔油芥蘭(啲蠔油落得太多,但係啲菜好碧綠)椒鹽賴尿蝦(收呢個價錢預咗啲蝦會好细隻,賴尿蝦细隻就無肉食,所以食剩哂)揚州炒飯(一般)生果上菜都算快,只係個炒蜆要催咗兩次至嚟。另外我地叫咗個節瓜排骨同埋2枝啤酒,啲節瓜唔諗,麻麻地!今次每人消費约$141,有海鲜,有魚有肉,呢個價錢都算係咁啦!
