To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果住南區和香港仔,應該好多街坊朋友都試過,我記得堂食試過一次,通常以外賣為主,通常放工途中前用open rice 落左order(20mins 左右) , 返到香港仔都準時地有得囉⋯⋯點解會揀佢地,因為歷史悠久食慣有感情,同埋真心新鮮大件抵食好食… 次次都冇失手….通常手卷會推介軟殼蟹和香蔥三文魚….壽司其實隻隻都ok, 推介三文魚、帶子、花之戀、甜蝦….我兩個人都常外賣叫$250-$280左右已經好夠好飽吖.
