樂天皇朝就食過,樂天經典都係第一次食,南洋菜更加係第一次食,所以抱住一個好奇心過嚟試過究竟。呢間餐廳主打係南洋菜式,門口已經見到唔少人都有嗌蟹食,所以我決定試一試南洋風味整出嚟嘅蟹係點樣。星期四晚過嚟都幾多人,只剩低一兩張空枱,所以都唔駛等就可以直接入座,座位好寬敞,一啲都唔擠迫,裝修簡約又帶點豪華,侍應服務態度都唔錯。前菜係啲花生同埋栗子,可以頂一頂肚先。我哋點咗個黑胡椒蟹($338),碟蟹上枱嗰陣時,第一個反應係「嘩,好大呀!」隻蟹真係好吸睛,放滿咗整個碟,好似一件藝術品。餐廳好貼心,會有圍巾、手套 、濕紙巾提供。 蟹鉗超大,超多肉,真材實料,絕無欺場,肉質彈牙鮮嫩。蟹殼外面好重胡椒味,蛋蟹肉則鮮甜味美,唔會過份遮蓋咗蟹肉既鮮味,唔錯!不過胡椒味可能有啲重,唔食得辣嘅朋友可能要注意一下。 個蟹鉗真係啖啖肉,超正!跟住我哋嗌咗另一款南洋菜—古早魚香老鼠粉煲-小($108),老鼠粉都係第一次食,質感好特別,有少少似長條型湯圓, 魚香好惹味, 配料有蝦有菜,湯底都好鮮甜,但好快畀老鼠粉索曬,所以要盡快食。 都食到好飽,但係甜品係第二個胃,我叫咗三色桂花斑蘭糕($38),佢係桂花糕同埋班蘭

都食到好飽,但係甜品係第二個胃,我叫咗三色桂花斑蘭糕($38),佢係桂花糕同埋班蘭椰汁糕嘅結合體。桂花糕有杞子、桂花,食落好香。口感有啲似啫喱, 唔算甜,整體都好好。

嘢飲方面我哋叫咗檸檬薏米水($16)同埋南北杏羅漢果茶($16),都比較健康嘅飲品,可以清一清熱氣,價錢都好合理。
