心血來潮想食蟹,雖然而家唔係食蟹嘅季節,但係鍾意食嘅嘢就冇分四季啦,呢排經過樂天嘅門口見到佢哋有做炒蟹嘅二人套餐價錢都幾抵食,平時出邊叫一隻炒蟹都幾百蚊,咁樣嗌會相對抵好多👍🏻香紅海蜇頭超正脆爽質地。香辣的調料,包括蒜、辣椒等,營造出濃郁醇厚的口味。這道菜清爽開胃,幾好食星洲黑胡椒蟹本日最大嘅重點黑胡椒炒蟹,用咗大概一斤嘅肉蟹,以濃郁的黑胡椒醬汁為主要調味,經過大火爆炒,使蟹肉鮮甜多汁,頓時散發出濃郁的胡椒香氣。薑蔥爆生魚片魚片入口鮮嫩多汁,有大量蔥薑蒜嘅配搭非常惹味,而且唔會太多汁,濃而不膩✅古早魚香老鼠粉有啲似香港嘅銀針粉,不過調味完全唔同,用咗大量乾貨,例如蝦米等等嚟到做湯底,雖然濃味但係唔會太過Heavy,而且用砂煲上,食到最尾都仲係夠熱🤝
