由於近年尾要趕工嘅關係,我們加班到10點幾差唔多11點先去何文田窩打老道嘅「南華餐廳」食晚飯!我們叫咗鮮茄燜馬頭嘅馬頭外層炸得好香口脆身,入面嘅肉質都幾嫩滑,鮮茄食落感覺好清新,無乜油膩嘅感覺,但係加埋啲草菇一齊就令到味道怪怪咁,同有啲格格不入嘅感覺!薑蔥魚腩煲炒得好夠鑊氣,魚腩嘅肉質好結實彈牙,而且份量都幾多!清蒸盲曹蒸嘅時間火候控制得啱啱好,肉質好鮮甜嫩滑!
