To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 6月時去~但依加先睇返d相~諗起d間野真係好掂 所以打返個食評俾佢!!!人生第一次去南y島~同班教友去食海鮮~ 15人 之前問定d朋友南y島邊間好食 係人地知食海鮮好多時都俾人呃好多人都話天x太貴 所以一定唔揀上黎睇到威記老實~ 所以就冒險試試~book左3點幾~ 以為一定無人啦~ 點知好大班日本人係到 開3足圍~叫野食~都好似無咩諗頭~ 都係同師父講 150 per head 整d好野過黎啦~佢就寫左10樣野出黎~ upload左d相~ 食物唔講晒~ 但要試下個"龍蝦配香草烏冬"! 師父話其他地方無 所以要一試! 的確又真係好食wor!聖子份量多! 我唔知有幾多斤 但真係食完成餐飯都仲有得剩 我自已都食左8只以上~條魚 我唔知咩魚 個樣就衰衰 就好滑! 扇貝 鮑魚一人一只~夠甜~其實食到臨尾上炒菜同炒飯時都已經飽晒~ 真係食海鮮食飽~但臨尾點都要整返舊桂花糕! 真係真係好掂! 好香貴花糖味 唔太甜! 正!
