博多拉麵吃得多,串燒未試過。所以餐牌上特別選有個"博"字啲。和牛壽喜燒串加蛋黃,用壽喜燒汁調味,牛肉味道濃郁,加生雞蛋食增滑,口感嫩滑。但和牛橫隔膜就無咁嫩,有少少羶味,可能係博多特色。串燒豬肉卷全部是黑豚肉卷,可以揀唔同的內蕊配料,有七款我哋全試,全部廿幾三十幾蚊一條,一條有兩三件,唔貴。最喜歡車厘茄仔作蕊,$25,番茄爆汁酸味配濃郁豬肉,對比強。其次是鮮露筍,$37,夠爽脆,淡化了肉啲鹹味,木魚、明太子飯團,$28/份 各一件,燒得唔算好焦,兩款鹹味的配料伴飯團,飽肚抵食。博多風格,唔係太領會到,下次再試清楚。
