猴子唔係咁鍾意食雞皮,一來唔健康,二來煮得唔好仲會有啲腥味,不過姨婆瑪麗嘅雞脾,啲皮炸到卜卜脆,食起上嚟乾身唔油膩,真係忍唔住要連皮食。實不相瞞,今次嘅主角係雞脾,嗰碗麵餐只係陪襯。因為之前同事食過呢度嘅雞脾,猴子坐喺側邊聽到咬雞皮嘅清脆聲,忍唔住今次要自己親身試試。麵餐方面,猴子揀咗老鼠粉配怡保雞湯底。老鼠粉,即係銀針粉,短短粗粗、食落都真係幾「粉」,如果可以多返啲黏性,口感應該會好好多。餸菜方面,揀咗豬軟骨、豬紅同滷水雞蛋。豬軟骨嘅味道有啲淡,冇一般食開嗰啲咁濃味;豬紅結實滑溜,口感唔差;至於隻滷水雞蛋就毫無滷水味,同一般嘅水煮蛋冇乜分別。
