To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間店的食物都是無味精，除了較多人購買的住家雙餸飯或三餸飯外，還有一些特式美食，例如秘制滷肉飯、招牌擔擔麵、正宗酸辣粉、四川肥腸掛麵等等。今次叫了秘制滷肉飯 $45滷肉色澤不錯、肥瘦適中，入口算嫩口。滷汁方面是台式的味道，帶微微的甜味，配以一點點辣椒碎，帶輕微的辣椒味，令滷肉甜味和油膩感得到中和。整體來說，拌勻整碗飯後，滷肉的色香味和適中的油脂分布在飯粒上，入口時不會覺得特別油膩。評分：5分為滿分，我會給4分
