To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太子有唔少卧虎藏龍嘅潮州餐館，佢哋都係隱藏係橫街，要瓹窿瓹罅先搵到鵝三味(鵝肉，鵝腸，鵝肝) 配潮州特飲老藥桔套餐包埋一碗菜乾湯, 唔似出面味精湯, 飲得出夠火喉同無味精｡ 鵝肉嫩滑肉味，鵝皮油脂豐腴；鵝腸爽滑彈牙，Q彈可口；鵝肝甘香潤滑，齒頰留香，回味無窮，靈魂滷水令鵝三味更上一個層次。酸菜酸甜適中, 正口作為開胃小菜，越食越開胃｡ 老藥桔咸咸甜甜, 飲完喉嚨好舒服手切騸牯牛肉魚麵招牌樽裝咖啡騸牯牛上枱時微微泛紅，新鮮牛肉，牛味極重富油香, 有少許筋位，稍稍有咬口。湯底見到有唔少魚乾, 配合魚麵食又幾好喎。樽裝咖啡味道不錯, 稍為少糖會更好
