鋪位細細, 竟然卧虎藏龍, 拉麵做得出色了得。鋪位只有 bar 檯, 應該可以坐到8-10人, 今日6:30前己來吃, 只有數位客人, 不用等位。自家制的沙甸魚油足利將軍拉麵 ($98另加溏心蛋$10)黑蒜油豬骨湯作湯底, 味道香濃而不過鹹, 蒜香十足, 之後聽武士站長提意, 飲完頭啖湯, 再加少許佢地自家制的沙甸魚油, 湯頭香味提升不少, 點先可以將沙甸魚的鮮味溶入油內?浸定係炸的呢? 上網 search 吓魚油制法先。這裡的拉麵非常出色, 麵煮得剛剛好, 麵條爽口彈牙, 完全沒有皂水味及雜味。溏心蛋做到流心質感, 蛋黃軟滑。半肥瘦叉燒, 一層肥一層肥, 腍滑可口。沒想過小小一間拉麵店的拉麵會如此出色, 真係失覺晒, 黎開這邊一定會 encore。
