To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺旺角行完街想簡簡單單食碗麵🍜見到呢間新開嘅潮洲粉麵小店都幾多人幫襯誤打誤撞入左去估唔到又幾好味🤩同埋老闆真係好好態度落單每叫一樣野都多謝一聲成餐飯都唔知聽左幾多句多謝😂食物絕對平靚正😝賣相仲要幾靚仔唔係頹食👍🏻招牌牛三寶麵 $56（撈麵+$10）好多餸好足料呀😍有齊牛腩牛肚牛筋全部都好入味陣味唔係得表面嗰層👍🏻全部都炆得好淋好食👍🏻權記水餃麵 $44（撈麵+$10）水餃好大粒啖啖肉🥟！好好味🤤絕對係皮薄餡靚撈麵都好大碗爽口撈腩汁更濃味👍🏻淨南乳豬手(3件) $48估唔到細份份量都咁多同樣好入味好正充滿膠質豬皮仲處理得好乾淨🫶🏻鍾意豬手嘅朋友一定要叫👍🏻淨時菜冬菇 $40 老闆會唔會蝕本😹冬菇仲多過菜！嘩冬菇大粒又勁多汁好似會噴汁咁勁正喎 👍🏻炸魚皮 $20又係勁大兜🤪超脆無半點油溢味好抵食
