To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽朋友推介多次, 都說九龍城的自助餐很抵食, 本著一試的心態, 沒想過九龍城”臥虎藏龍” 真是不假…先從甜品入手, 見到毗桌一坐下先去拿了多杯細細的淺黃色的mousse, 馬上跟, 一入口, 是香濃得不得了的榴槤布甸, 不原來就是它, 終於一見真身, 傳說中超水準的貓山王榴槤布甸.還試了綠茶紅豆卷, 來的時候正舉行花與果主題, 有好多款用花同鮮果做的甜品, 好似荔枝cake, 青蘋果 mousse蛋糕, 和果山柑橘蛋糕, 茱莉花, 櫻花蛋糕…… 太多, 甜品枱一眼都望不完, 要轉彎.雪糕有Haxx同Dryxx, 每個牌子有3-4款, 仲有雪糕macaron市面比較少有.麵包蟹同長蟹腳必吃! 大白蝦都好爽口, 點秘製辣椒豉油好好味道, 即煮counter炒意粉, 白汁好正, 食左2次, 好誇張!如果係其他動輒要過5百食晚餐, 呢道一家4人食, 價錢可吃2次, 而且味道係唔錯, 真係朋友醒目識介紹!搭1A, 站係亦好易認 - “富豪東方酒店” 站, 好多人落車, 幾易搵!
