To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

爸爸公司每年的年夜飯都會在不同地方吃buffet 試試看,這次選了九龍城晚餐buffet 六時開始,成人價錢為$358長者$198餐廳格局較為平民化不過星期六晚的食客都很少包的選擇都不少左上三款酒店自家撈起的沙律相當不錯,料很足,又不會下太多沙律醬很home made feel 的壽司🍣木糠布甸、芒果布甸、啫喱 中規中矩咁啦⋯左上冬甩🍩有點偏甜、右邊黃色芒果大福挺不錯👍🏻很軟很軟 、又彈牙movenpick 小雪櫃裝著雀巢杯裝雪糕,😅😅有熟食取的區域熟食的扇貝咕嚕斑塊很不錯噴泉是正正常

對上一次食富豪東方自助餐已經係十幾年前估唔到十幾年後會差到咁首先 成個環境格局都唔似食自助餐嘅地方要形容嘅話 我會形容為一個canteen食物同飲品分佈又好奇怪 東一忽西一忽野食又fill得好慢到重點啦 食物方面真係非常差1) 無諗過movenpick雪糕櫃𥚃面係裝雀巢雪糕2) 每位送嘅半隻龍蝦 都唔知係烚定蒸 總之就係淡又overcook3) 熱盤方面我真係揀唔落手 椒鹽瀨尿蝦啲肉係係霉嘅 有個印度area擺啲印度咖哩同脆片就算4) 自動咖啡機無咖啡 只係出奶同水5) 甜品....一樣食唔落口,唯有食雀巢雪糕同自製pancake6) 壽司舊飯真係好硬 懷疑唔知擺左幾耐我未試過食自助餐係要食麵包同pancake填飽個肚就算有半價coupon,我都係覺得完全唔值!從來無諗過要寫食評,但今晚食完真係忍唔住要反映吓希望富豪東方會改善吓自助餐嘅質素 呢餐係我食過最差嘅自助餐無下次亦唔敢有下次

臨近聖誕佳節,飯局特別多,今次就來到九龍城富豪東方酒店儷廊咖啡室吃大餐,自助晚餐換上「東瀛•鮮味」主題,主打日式海鮮爐端燒,最近還有推廣優惠,星期一至四成人每位只需$318已包加一,星期五至日、公眾假期及其前夕成人每位$338,以酒店buffet來說,價錢不貴。餐廳環境寬敞,座位之間不會排得太擠,店員勤快收碟執拾,坐得舒服自在。加上臨近聖誕節亦有不少佈置裝飾,添上濃厚的節日氣氛,可以打卡影相。吃buffet 當然必吃冰鎮海鮮,款式有松葉蟹腳、海蝦、黃金螺、藍青口及蜆,而且全程一直有refill。我自己就最喜歡吃蟹腳,爽彈蟹肉雪白細膩,鎖住原始鮮甜海味。魚生刺身都是即叫即切,來貨夠新鮮。龍蝦每人限取半隻,肉質鮮爽,而且龍蝦膏亦夠飽滿。爐端燒帶來多款熱辣辣的串燒美食,再掃上特製醬汁帶出食材的鮮味及香氣。爐端燒款式繁多,包括鯖魚、雞翼、青口、海蝦、瀨尿蝦、帆立貝、牛舌及芝士腸等等。個人推介燒鯖魚,火候和時間都控制得剛好,魚肉可口多汁。熱盤款式頗多,大多以中式為主,薑蔥蒸龍脷柳魚肉鮮嫩,不會蒸得過了火候,高蛋白低脂肪,可說是老少皆宜的菜式。薑蔥炒椒蟹蟹肉炒得夠鑊氣,鹹香入味,惹味得令人停不了口。避風塘三文魚骨腩以蒜蓉、辣椒夾雜的香味滲透肉身,蒜香撲鼻,鮮味與惹味相互交替。醬燒骨肉質細嫩腍滑,燒得帶有微微焦香,香口味濃。五柳斑塊醬汁略帶酸甜,沾上炸得金黃的魚柳上,特別開胃。香草鮮蔬菜燴青口在各種貝殼類海鮮之中,青口是低膽固醇、低卡路里之選,肉質爽滑結實。自助餐的咖喱由印籍師傅炮製,咖哩香氣濃郁,夾雜了多種香料,口味正宗,突顯辣味上的豐富層次感。雖然我不算吃到辣,但這款咖喱辣度亦尚算接受到,不是一味平板的死辣,將咖喱點上口感又薄又脆的脆片,將各種香料交織出的獨特風味徹底融合。喇沙都是即叫即煮,湯底滲出陣陣椰香和微微辣勁。沙律吧款式亦算多選擇,煙三文魚脂肪條紋清楚利落,魚肉鮮美而有彈性。然後又到我最期待的甜品環節,又要開動第二個胃 ^o^芒果慕絲蛋糕將芒果鋪滿蛋糕面層,中間以芒果幼滑慕絲配襯充滿空氣感的海綿蛋糕。香草芒果奶凍奶凍入口即化,口感順滑,襯托出芒果的清新果香。青蘋果綠茶餅配搭新穎,以酸甜的青蘋果配上回甘綿密的綠茶蛋糕,清甜而不膩。意大利芝士餅蛋糕質感細緻,滲出咖啡濃香,可說是歷久彌新的經典美味。藍莓芝士餅芝士蛋糕質地十分實心,口感濕潤綿密,芝士味濃得化不開,甜度剛好,取得鹹甜之間的平衡。曲奇餅都是自家烘焙,口感鬆脆,個人首推伯爵茶味,留下清幽的茶香餘韻。當然少不了buffet 常客 - 朱古力噴泉,還有水果及雪糕供應。設有自助班戟機,只需按個掣就有新鮮班戟出爐,可以加入不同配料D.I.Y一下,有得玩又有得食,甚受小朋友歡迎。除了西式甜品之外,竟然有中式龜苓膏,清熱解毒,袪濕降火。

放工後, 約咗同事嚟富豪東方酒店嘅儷廊咖啡食晚飯,我哋點咗三文魚,金槍魚,北極貝,三文魚帶刺,北極貝好小只,味道一般。甜品方面,芝士噠香嫩可口,仲不錯。飲品相對多,味道無太特別。服務中規中矩,性價比一般吧!

食物味道不如理想,可能本身是要求高些,來一次夠了。看見其他人寫食評都是一半半,食物質素與定價有相差,只是取了優惠折扣就試一試,款式也沒多選擇,可以有改善空間。都只是個人意見。
