To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一入店坐低，桌面上像鋪了一層油，好明顯係執完枱完冇抺枱，一拎起menu也是一層油，非常污穢，叫了清湯腩河及咖哩撈麵。清湯腩真係好難食，個湯係淡的味精湯，牛腩有一陣好怪的酥味，蘿蔔的根多到咬了一口就放棄，河粉不彈牙而且一夾就斷，這樣一碗清湯腩加一杯凍飲40元，又貴又難食。咖哩撈麵好少少，雞扒煎蛋和公仔麵都尚可，但那個咖哩汁讓人失望，只有咖哩味和非常多薑的汁，不鹹不甜不辣，普通到不能再普通。如果花40元只吃到這樣的水準，我會情願買多幾串咖哩魚蛋食。名符其實的一家地雷店，門口那些報紙報導應該是線稿騙路人的吧？！
