Restaurant: Sangeetha Vegetarian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 身邊總有個食素的朋友?但一齊食飯可以食咩餐廳?次次都係中式素餐館好悶,想要D新意就繼續留意下文了。今次同素食朋友去到位於尖東永安廣場的新意達Sangeetha。見到餐牌的簡介,餐廳係印度的連鎖餐廳,專門提供印度素食。坐低先叫份春卷,5條新鮮炸得金黃的春卷熱辣辣上碟。春卷入面有蔬菜絲,加埋脆脆的外皮另外,我們都叫左一份咖哩角同平時食開的偏偏三角形的咖哩角好唔同。印度咖哩角呈立體三角錐體,咖哩味重好多!本身想叫個炸椰菜花,點知岩岩賣晒。最後就改叫左炸蘑菇。出乎意料之外,蘑菇的炸粉非常薄,而且將已炸香的蘑菇同洋蔥一齊炒,令到味道好香。此外,我們仲叫左一份印度薄餅配咖哩。咖哩夠杰身,好好掛汁。另外,薄餅都非常新鮮,又夠香。食到飽飽地,叫番杯檸檬茶飲下。原來印度嘅檸檬茶係用青檸㗎,味道非常Fresh!
