先謝謝Princess Annie帶B.M.來上環印度皇Basmati試菜,印度菜系以辛辣為主,愛以大量香草入饌,入秋後食一定要注意後補涼茶,𣎴然很容易上火。還以為颱風過後加上星期一,所以到達時只有小貓三兩隻,原來有大家庭包了大半場,八點後才入座。甫坐下,B.M竟然肥肉多差點連枱布也拉下,橫掃餐具落地,幸好老闆見到立時換四人枱給我們,一定要thumb up啦!侍應姐姐則先放下一碟薄脆,配甜酸醬及薄荷香草醬,地道的小吃。  再來兩杯Mango lassi,解辣一流的芒果乳酪,另加一客Samosa印度咖哩角,用上薯蓉、印度產的腰果及蔬菜蓉做餡料,沾點薄荷香草醬,外脆內軟,那點點辛辣,剛好帶起食慾。 主菜選了Basmati mixed grill,大雜燴般的Tandori煮法,有半隻雞、魚柳、香草羊架、大蝦及超辣羊肉串。二人份量大到呢......又食又拎。不得不讚羊架,愛羊必食!另加Chicken Marsala,微辣茄汁跟Garlic naan一流!跟老闆聊天,才發現原來主廚曾屬於著名星級印度餐廳恆河咖哩屋!唷!怪不得那麼有水準!
