To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這夜來到Calfit,就是又想吃香的,但又想吃得健康的,這裡雖然主打印度菜,不過,有別一般傳統印度菜館,而是揉合健康為其賣點。尤其是這世代,人們對飲食就更注重營養、健康。踏進餐廳,環境很不錯,柔和的燈光,配以舒適的皮椅子,感覺十分舒適,完全抹去一些印度餐廳的老舊印象。而菜式亦有別一般常見的印度菜式,大致為分湯品、沙律、三文治、主菜、健康碗及甜品,當中清楚列明哪些是素食菜式,還要每一樣菜式都列明其健康指素,如卡路里、蛋白質、碳水化合物、脂肪。飲品方面,亦選擇有很多,如汽水、果汁、茶品、健康特飲、各式酒類……等等,可謂應有盡有。先奉客是印度胡椒脆餅,做成雪糕筒狀,並配以青色的辣醬及紅色的茄醬,胡椒餅做得超薄、超脆,又有黑胡椒香,而最初以為紅色是辣醬,實際青色才是很有辣勁的辣醬來。沒有試過印式的蕃茄湯,故好奇驅使就點了這個「Tomato Soup」($52),小小的一碗,色澤帶點橙,口感十分綿滑,但味道完全有別於我們在茶餐廳所喝到的蕃茄湯,感覺蕃茄味不是太重,反而,似有一陣陣的香料味,是一個不錯的體驗。在印度餐牌,很難找到不好喝的「Mango Lassi」($38),眼前這一杯也是高質素的,

主菜類就選擇了香煎三文魚「Miso Salmon with Soba Noodles and Broccoli(Half)」($155),雖是半份份量,但三文魚也算大件,香煎後,外皮非常香脆,又富油香,滲有少許日式的麵豉香味
;不要單看蕎麥麵好像很普通,但做得不俗,麵條柔韌爽口,加了點辣椒來做,帶些微辣勁。
