To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 豉椒炒蟶子皇淨係個賣相已經殺死人。大大抽的蟶子肉擺左係六個空殼上,証明畀你睇份量冇呃你的。蟶子唔老,非常之新鮮爽口。個豉椒汁惹味非常,濃烈的黑椒味加上廚房的鍋氣同炒到仲有啲生生地的洋蔥...太無敵了...即刻要叫碗白飯去送汁﹗雖然係咁但蟶子的鮮味仍然食得到,每人一大隻都唔係好夠喉呢﹗全晚的最愛﹗

特色炒蟹(用的是肉蟹,週末特價$150隻)其實就係避風塘炒蟹。小弟一向唔太鍾意避風塘式煮法,因為覺得太乾了。但依度的特色炒蟹係濕好多的,美味的程度真係高幾倍有多。配料炒得香到不能形容,味道的平衡取得好好,夠辣夠香夠咸。蒜蓉豆豉辣椒等等係炒到仍濕濕地,唔係其他地方咁炸乾晒脆晒就算。蟹係睇落去幾大隻的,但其實唔算特別多肉,但勝在肉好新鮮同好甜。第一次覺得避風塘式原來係咁好食的,第一次愛上了依一個煮法。

瀨尿蝦又係一樣一向討好唔到我的食物,而且小弟又實在太懶去食。但依度的椒鹽瀨尿蝦,卻係另一回事。我地要了三隻大的瀨尿蝦,每人半隻。咬開左面頭的殼,「損」左「損」後就開始食啲肉。一邊大啖大啖食清甜的蝦肉,一邊咬底下的蝦腳去食個椒鹽味...太滿足了﹗講真的,蝦蟹太少肉了,而豬牛羊就因為要趙耐啲,所以真係冇咩肉好似瀨尿蝦咁可以大啖大啖的不停食。瀨尿蝦唔太乾唔太油,而師傅的功力更加一直冇失手過,椒鹽的味道很香。依一碟椒鹽瀨尿蝦另我對瀨尿蝦有所改觀。

蒜蓉蒸扇貝係全晚大家最期待的,我地仲要特地要求左要多粉絲,因為係精華所在﹗雖然有好多的蒜蓉,但仍然食到扇貝的鮮味,但扇貝蒸得太耐,有少少鞋。同埋粉絲唔係太索到啲鮮味,有點兒失望,不過都算係唔錯﹗

最後的蒸魚係條燕子星,即係一種較平價的星斑,伙計話抵食。以價錢來講的確幾抵食,但真係同貴啲嘅斑有幾大出入。肉比較削,而且唔係特別滑,即使係個面豬登都有少少鞋。但好彩夠新鮮,而且個蒸魚豉油(加埋蔥同熟油)調得好好,未必係成餐最好的,但亦都相當滿意。

最後叫左碟油鹽水浸菜心,食完咁多精彩的海鮮後,當係清一清腸胃,幾清甜的。講真,唔係話完全飽晒,但係食完成餐的個一種滿足感真係去到頂峰。一向都唔係海鮮迷,但依一餐真係食得好痛快,三百幾蚊其實好抵了﹗之後可以免費搭佢架私家船返市區(停兩個站︰中環同尖沙咀)好爽,唔係為左慳個十幾蚊,而係感覺好似貴賓﹗

食物好唔駛再講,伙計們的服務全部都好好,廁所又乾淨又靚,真係將港九新界好多海鮮酒家比下去。其實只係需要半個小時的船程(入去西貢、鯉魚門可能仲耐)就可以食到啲咁高質素的海鮮,南丫島真係唔係咁唔方便,日後可以多啲來
