To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去過4,5次都無寫食評,今次寫返喺因為見識過幾間Omakase店後,還是覺得你最好,服務窩心,食品一流,好過所謂嘅米芝蓮餐廳!!食品新鮮,配搭醬汁及次序看出有花心機,每次均有驚喜,小小店舖可照顧每位食客及有交流,每道菜亦有詳細講解食品來源,烹調手法,建議食法及與客人閒談,令人感到溫暖的食店,真心喜歡你地對食材的尊重,讓每道食物都讓人治癒懷心情的作用。 一間尊重食材,尊重客人,尊重自己廚師身份的食店,我會繼續支持!
