隨著omakase 的熱潮席捲香港,現在吃個日式料理晚餐,也要人均$1000 大元,但原來大家為了舌尖上的感動,是接受付出這個價格的。要知道,味蕾被寵壞了,是回不了頭的,吃過高質刺身,是會上癮的。立食文化正好幫我解決了久不久想吃高質刺身,又不想荷包出血的問題。即使站著 也要去吃!鮨廷的創意壽司,是我吃過最好的,食物配合得淋漓盡致,不是為了fusion 而fusion, 每一口都非常感動。每次和友人去鮨廷,都叫3 set $300 元的10 件壽司set, 每人吃到15 件頂級壽司,再加一杯梅洒加冰,非常滿足!
