最近鐵板牛排熱潮超黎越高,開左好多間唔同既牛排店,今日朋友帶左我去呢間位於奧運既鐵板牛店試下。店門口有個玻璃櫃內裏就放3個部位既生牛肉,餐廳以先點餐後自選入座既模式。牛既份量分300g同400g今次就選擇左400g既牛柳,再加$25配套餐係4款入面揀3款。400g再加套餐都大概$160有找性價比超高!牛柳明碼實價即切即磅睇到幾重。牛柳外面看似全熟但內裏仍然保持3成熟自己控制唔鍾意太生既可以利用鐵板既餘溫去煮熟。牛柳肉質夠淋易咬開簡簡單單加上黑椒同鹽已經好足夠。就算切開晒牛柳變全熟肉質都保持住軟淋。
