To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

猴子最鍾意就係試新嘢，一知道雲貴川風味開咗新店，當然二話不說走去幫襯，單係享受吓佢哋啲新檯新凳新筷子就已經值回票價。雖然呢度啲米線最出名，不過近排猴子都食咗好多餐米線，所以今次試吓薯粉（轉薯粉加三蚊），配料方面就揀咗魚皮餃、五花腩同埋豬軟骨。先講魚皮餃，冇記錯應該有三粒，食落幾有鮮味。五花腩係半肥瘦嗰隻，咬落唔覺肥膩，反而有陣陣肉香，豬軟骨煮到夠腍夠入味，仲好煙韌。至於薯粉就不過不失，或者係因為食開米線，總係掛住米線嘅爽滑感，相比之下薯粉就有啲失色，不過做人嘅嘢乜都要試吓。除咗薯粉，佢哋仲有土豆粉（段估應該係蕃薯粉），下次可以試試。

先講魚皮餃，冇記錯應該有三粒，食落幾有鮮味。五花腩係半肥瘦嗰隻，咬落唔覺肥膩，反而有陣陣肉香，豬軟骨煮到夠腍夠入味，仲好煙韌。
