今日喺灣仔整完嘢,就喺附近食埋飯先返屋企。見華星隔離有間湖南菜館「湘餑餑肉湯泡飯 」,咁啱我今日又想食辣(其實冇乜邊日唔想食辣😂),就入去坐低咗喇。梅州鹽焗雞($128):呢個有驚喜。佢嘅雞皮非常薄,完全唔覺得油膩。鹽焗雞味道夠。紫蘇火爆牛蛙($148):呢度至少有兩隻牛蛙,而且牛蛙算大隻,夠大隻嘅牛蛙先可以煮到咁嫩滑嘅肉質。佢係用個爐上,可以慢慢食都唔怕啲嘢食會凍。季節時蔬($58):我哋揀咗菜心。菜心嫩滑爽脆。鮮炒黃牛肉套餐($78):套餐包括白飯(免費續飯),前菜和飲料一杯(薏米水/青檸汁/酸梅汁)。黃牛肉肉加埋味菜,芹菜同埋辣椒一齊炒,味道同口感層次都豐富。和牛肉鮮嫩。所有嘢都係即叫即做,熱辣辣上枱,未食都已經覺得好吸引。
